With about 17,000 students, the university is quite clearly defined and most departments are now concentrated on the campus. Also, the cafeteria is just a few meters from the Galileo Residence.

Bremen's most popular attractions are quickly reached. In summer, take a look at the Unisee, jogs through the park; take a cycle ride with friends through the block country. Skating, canoeing, miniature golf ... all very close and for colder days, there is the university swimming pool.

To reach the city centre is easy with either the tram or bus - at the weekend there are special late night trams. A bus stop is nearby. Distance to the motorway is approximately one kilometre from the residence; you can quickly reach Hanover, Hamburg, Osnabrück or the North Sea.
